La consultazione, aperta fino al 24 marzo, coinvolge un ampio spettro di organizzazioni e cittadini. I documenti della consultazione sono disponibili in tutte le lingue europee per incoraggiare ampi feedback. La Commissione Juncker ha fatto uno sforzo di trasparenza in tema di interessi lobbistici fin dal suo primo anno di vita, quando ha pubblicato informazioni su oltre 6,000 incontri.
