Due informatori sono stati condannati nell'ambito del cosiddetto scandalo Luxleaks ma la pena è stata sospesa. Un giornalista francese è stato invece prosciolto da tutte le accuse. Gli ex-funzionari della PricewaterhouseCoopers, Antoine Deltour, 31 anni e Raphael Hales, 40 anni, sono stati condannati rispettivamente a 12 e 9 mesi, per aver divulgato i documenti. Hanno ricevuto inoltre multe di 1,500 e 1,000 euro. L'accusa aveva chiesto 18 mesi di carcere per entrambi. Per il pubblico ministero, Edouard Perrin, il giornalista, avrebbe fatto pressioni su Halet affinché consegnasse i documenti.
