Il pluriomicida norvegese Anders Behring Breivik tornerà in tribunale in settimana dopo che il governo ha presentato appello contro la sentenza secondo cui il suo isolamento in carcere viola la CEDU. Breivik, che nel 2011 ha ucciso in un attentato 77 persone, ad aprile ha convinto la Corte Distrettuale di Oslo che la sua detenzione è inumana per via dell'isolamento e delle frequenti perquisizioni. Ma il governo ha presentato ricorso a Strasburgo, sostenendo che Breivik si trova in una sezione composta da tre celle in cui può giocare ai video games, guardare la Tv e fare esercizio fisico.
