La Corte Europea dei Diritti Umani ha ribaltato la sentenza della Corte Costituzionale Ungherese sui commenti su Internet. Il tribunale nazionale aveva stabilito che l'Associazione dei Provider ungheresi e il sito Index.hu fossero responsabili dei commenti illegali fatti sui loro siti, anche se poi rimossi. Al contrario, per la corte di Strasburgo, moderando i commenti postati, i gestori del sito non possono più essere considerati responsabili. HCLU, avendo già criticato la sentenza del tribunale ungherese, ritiene che la sentenza della CEDU cambierà le cose in Ungheria.
