Il 15% delle aziende dichiara che non assumerebbe mai un rom, nemmeno se possedesse i requisiti richiesti e il 33% ha ammesso che "probabilmente" non assumerebbe un rom. Secondo lo studio, le persone disabili e gli stranieri provenienti dai paesi dell'est hanno molte più probabilità di trovare lavoro nella Repubblica Ceca.
