Il 21 marzo in Germania si è festeggiata la Giornata Internazionale per l'Eliminazione della Discriminazione Razzista. La campagna "Il mio diritto è il tuo diritto", nata da una nuova alleanza tra artisti, attivisti, avvocati, rifugiati, ufficiali della chiesa, sindacalisti e altre organizzazioni, ha manifestato a Berlino per "alzare la voce contro razzismo, antiziganismo, islamofobia, anti-semitismo e contro le politiche di asilo inumane di Germania ed Europa." In Bavaria più di 2,000 persone di 20 comuni diversi si sono riunite per formare la parola "RISPETTO", per opporsi al razzismo.
