Il partito è monitorato dai servizi di intelligence tedeschi per le sue visioni estremiste. I video prodotti dall'azienda di Felser sono stati vietati e un tribunale ha riscontrato che uno di questi "sosteneva, negava o minimizzava l'Olocausto".
