Un paese membro UE deve concedere visti umanitari a chi non si trova ancora sul suo territorio? La Corte di Giustizia Europea risponderà al caso di una famiglia siriana di 4 persone che ha chiesto un visto di 3 mesi all'ambasciata belga a Beirut, Libano. La famiglia chiede di andare a Namur, dove un'altra famiglia li accoglierebbe, ma il governo finora ha respinto la richiesta. La scorsa settimana, il Consiglio per i diritti degli stranieri in Belgio ha stabilito che i visti andavano concessi e ha multato il governo per 1,000 al giorno a familiare finché la sua decisione non sarà osservata.
