Jueces del Tribunal de Justicia de la UE preparan una sentencia para un caso histórico que podría tener repercusiones para los ciudadanos de la UE que soliciten pasaportes británicos. El tribunal considerará si el gobierno británico violó los derechos de familia de una doble ciudadana británico-española que quiere que su marido argelino viva con ella en Reino Unido. La sentencia podría significar que los ciudadanos de la UE que adquieran la ciudadanía británica y mantengan una doble nacionalidad no puedan traer a miembros de su familia a Reino Unido.
