El 18 de enero, el diputado lituano Algridas Patackas advirtió al presidente de la Gay League lituana (LGL) que su organización estaba "jugando con fuego" y que sus actividades "podían costarles una respuesta oscura, repulsiva y completamente inaceptable" como "lo que había ocurrido en París". El diputado respondió así a un comentario en clave de humor del presidente de la LGL que sugería conservar los billetes de 10 litas como souvenir LGTB.
La LGL ha emprendido acciones legales para que se investigue si existen amenazas reales para la organización.
