Un interesante juicio en Estrasburgo puede originar de un caso de dos ciudadanos húngaros. Los reclamantes dicen su monitoreo por agentes contra el terrorismo, incluyendo el Centro Húngaro de Lucha Contra el Terrorismo (TEK), sin una orden judicial consta una violación de sus derechos de privacidad. TEK está autorizado a hacerlo por la ley de policía en vigor desde el 2012, referente a objetivos de seguridad nacional. La esperanza es que el Tribunal de Derechos Humanos declarará que la normativa vigente viola la Convención Europea de derechos humanos y obligará a Hungría para cambiarla.
