Nueva condena a 6 meses de prisión por un delito de enaltecimiento del terrorismo y humillación a las víctimas por publicar mensajes en Twitter. El tribunal tiene en cuenta el arrepentimiento del acusado, que no ha vuelto a escribir mensajes similares en Twitter, así como el poco impacto que tuvieron, ya que sólo tenía 393 seguidores. Sin embargo, no considera que esto sea suficiente para eximirlo de su responsabilidad penal pues los comentarios realizados no pueden estar amparados por la libertad de expresión, por su contenido: por alabar a ETA y deshonrar y burlarse de las víctimas.
