El Senado de los Países Bajos ha aprobado por unanimidad una nueva forma de tratar los arreglos ilegales para evadir las normas laborales. Una nueva ley del ministro de Asuntos Sociales y Empleo, Lodewijk Asscher, facilitará la lucha contra la explotación y el pago insuficiente de los trabajadores, principalmente de Europa Central y del Este, y reducirá la competencia desleal en los Países Bajos. Ahora, los empresarios honrados y sus empleados se ven afectados por los que pagan mal a sus trabajadores (extranjeros). La ley permite a los empleados solicitar el salario que les corresponda.
