Los jueces dictaminaron a favor de un cura jesuita que intentó manifestarse, junto a otras personas religiosas, delante de un centro de detención de refugiados sito dentro del recinto del aeropuerto de Brandenburgo de Berlín. La empresa que gestiona el aeropuerto trató de prohibirlo. Estas personas religiosas llevan más de 20 años protestando contra los centros de detención de refugiados.
