En Alemania, tras el aumento del número de ataques con violencia contra los refugiados en 2014, la tendencia continúa en 2015. Un reportaje publicado por Antonio Amadeu Stiftung y PRO ASYL informa que hasta mediados de abril del presente año, ha habido 25 ataques contra centros de alojamiento de refugiados, 25 ataques contra refugiados y 41 manifestaciones contra los mismos. Un ejemplo reciente es el ataque incendiario contra una casa que estaba designada como futuro alojamiento para refugiados en Tröglitz.
