Una agencia de noticias investigativa, Atlatszo.hu, ha publicado la correspondencia entre la Oficina de Control del Gobierno Húngaro (KEHI) y la Oficina del Mecanismo Financiero que gestiona el Fondo Noruego para ONGs. Los documentos revelan que las autoridades húngaras no están autorizadas para examinar subvenciones concedidas a organizaciones civiles. Esta revelación es más polémica que las amenazas del KEHI de suspender el CIF/NIF de organizaciones “no cooperativas”. Ya ha castigado a cuatro miembros del consorcio que distribuye dichos fondos.
