La semana pasada, 101 refugiados sirios e iraquís, entre ellos 41 niños, llegaron a Roma en avión gracias a los corredores humanitarios creados por la sociedad civil italiana, fruto del ambicioso proyecto de la Federación de Iglesias Evangélicas de Italia y la Comunidad Sant’Egidio, que tiene como objetivo acoger a 1000 refugiados en Italia en el curso de 2 años. Habían encontrado refugio en Líbano pero se encontraban en una situación muy vulnerable. Los corredores humanitarios son un verdadero puente de esperanza y seguridad para quienes huyen de guerras y desean iniciar una nueva vida.
