Un tribunal de Varsovia ha emitido una sentencia sin precedentes contra el tabloide Super Express: debe publicar una disculpa en su portada durante 30 días consecutivos. El tribunal considera que el periódico violó los derechos personales de dos mujeres muy conocidas y que además, tendrá que pagarles 150.000 zloty (unos 37.500 euros) de compensación. Se estima que el costo total de publicar una disculpa en la portada durante 30 días será de un millón de euros. La sentencia es alarmante, pues viola el principio de proporcionalidad y de sanciones económicas justas.
