Le premier ministre de Slovaquie, Robert Fico, a déclaré que les droits humains ne donnent pas le droit aux personnes fuyant la Libye d'entrer en UE. "Il n'y a aucun droit humain qui prévoit d'entrer et voyager en UE et l'UE doit se protéger elle-même", a-t-il indiqué à des journalistes au somment de l'UE de mardi, à Bruxelles. Fico a ajouté qu'il souhaiterait au contraire voir l'UE consolider les frontières libyennes. Et d'ajouter que son pays a offert, avec la Pologne, la République tchèque et la Hongrie, quelque 35M€ pour soutenir les efforts de l'Italie.
