La Cour nationale d'Espagne a condamné douze rappeurs du collectif "La Insurgencia" à deux ans de prison pour avoir commis le crime d'apologie du terrorisme. La cour a examiné les paroles de leurs chansons postées sur Youtube et conclu qu'ils glorifiaient les actes de GRAPO (une organisation terroriste qui n'existe plus) et de ses membres. La décision a cependant était contestée par l'une des magistrats, qui a voté contre, considérant que les accusés cherchaient plus à être connus qu'à glorifier le terrorisme. Un appel a été présenté auprès de la Cour suprême.
