Un des derniers actes officiels du président Barack Obama est un geste de grâce: il a décidé de commuer le peine de Chelsea Manning, ancienne analyste de l'armée américaine qui avait remis des documents top-secret à Wikileaks en 2010. Elle avait écopé d'une peine de 35 ans de prison et sera finalement libérée en mai prochain, grâce à cette décision. Nous appelons désormais Barack Obama à gracier Edward Snowden!
