La Banque ING Śląski équipe progressivement ses distributeurs d' un service audio. Cela vient en réponse d'une intervention de la Fondation d'Helsinki des droits de l'homme concernant le besoin d'adapter les distributeurs aux besoins des malvoyants. Fin 2015, la banque comptait 56 distributers pourvus d'un service audio. En juillet 2016, la FHDH en a recensé un total de 125 en Pologne. Bien que toutes les options ne soient pas disponibles pour les malvoyants, cela représente une étape très importante vers l'élimination des obstacles à l'accès aux services financiers.
