Le tribunal de Varsovie a rendu un verdict sans précédent contre le journal de presse people Super Express, le condamnant à publier des excuses sur sa une pendant 30 jours consécutifs après que la cour l'a reconnu coupable de porter atteinte aux droits personnels de deux femmes célèbres. En outre, le journal doit payer une amende de 150,000 Zloty (37500 €) de compensation. Le coût impliqué par cette obligation de publier l'excuse pendant un mois est estimé à 1 million d'euros. Le verdict est alarmant puisqu'il viole le principe de proportionnalité et de sanctions financières justes.
