Le Tribunal constitutionnel d'Espagne a déclaré que les frais de justice imposés aux PMEs qui souhaitent engager des procédures civiles ou administratives sont "disproportionnés" et que les tribunaux ne peuvent être financés sur "le sacrifice d'un droit aussi fondamental que celui d'avoir accès à la justice sous tous ses aspects". Rights International Spain a travaillé dur contre cette mesure à travers les campagnes #WithoutJustice #EUTake Action , ainsi qu'à travers de multiples actions visant le ministère de la Justice.
