La única vía legal para el Brexit –o para cualquier otro Estado miembro que quiera salirse de la Unión Europea– es recurrir a una oscura y controvertida cláusula del Tratado de Lisboa. Se trata del artículo 50, que da al país que se separa dos años para negociar las condiciones de su salida y nunca ha sido aplicado hasta el momento. Tom Clark de The Guardian explica cómo funciona.
