Przedstawiciele Stop Wapenhandel, Women for Peace i Peace SOS nawołują holenderski przemysł obrony o zerwanie kontaktów handlowych z krajami i firmami, które łamią prawa człowieka. Przyczyną są targi zbrojeniowe z ubiegłego miesiąca Maritime/Air Systems and Technologies (organizowane pod nadzorem holenderskiej marynarki wojennej), które odbyły się w Amsterdamie. Aktywiści twierdzą, że wśród zaproszonych delegacji znajdowały się państwa, które konsekwentnie łamią prawa człowieka. Rząd holenderski powinien przynajmniej stosować się do kryteriów polityki zbrojeniowej UE.
