Le ministre hongrois de la justice, László Trócsányi, va proposer un projet de loi qui donnerait une protection juridique contre la création et le partage de photographies rapides non autorisées. En termes pratiques, cela signifie que faire un “selfie” avec une autre personne serait une violation de la loi, à condition son autorisation n’est pas demandée avant de prendre la photo publique. Quand vous prenez une photo qui accidentellement montre une personne inconnue, est-ce vraiment une menace grave à la vie privée?
