Los autores de la filtración del llamado escándalo Luxleaks, declarados culpables y con las sentencias en suspenso. El periodista francés que también fue juzgado ha quedado absuelto. Los exempleados de PricewaterhouseCoopers Antoine Deltour (31 años) y Rafael Halet (40) han sido condenados a penas de 12 y 9 meses y multas de 1500 y 1000€, respectivamente, por filtración de documentos. Los fiscales habían solicitado penas de cárcel de 18 meses para ambos y argumentaban que el Edouard Perrin, el periodista, había sobrepasado sus límites al presionar a Halet para que le entregara los documentos.
