In Germany, all safeguards against discrimination are anchored in the Constitution and in the General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz - "AGG"). To mark the 10th anniversary of the AGG, the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency has commissioned an evaluation.
