To był wyjątkowy tydzień dla mieszkańców Todi, jako że ich miasto gościło pierwszy we Włoszech Międzynarodowy Festiwal Praw Człowieka. Na festiwalu pokazanych zostało 10 filmów fabularnych i 20 krótkich metraży. Pokazom towarzyszyły specjalne wydarzenia i szkolenia, z których część organizowało Amnesty International. Odbył się także pokaz krótkiego dokumentu ‘“Fragmenty Wolności” o wspieranej przez Antigone i Progetto Diritti drużynie piłkarskiej Atletico Diritti.
