W zeszłym tygodniu zakończyła się 26. sesja Rady Praw Człowieka ONZ, podczas której przyjęto 34 teksty. Jednym z nich była rezolucja A/HRC/26/L.22/Rev.1, na mocy której Rada zamierza powołać międzyrządową grupę roboczą, której celem będzie stworzenie prawnie wiążącego instrumentu, nakazującego korporacjom ponadnarodowym i innym przedsiębiorstwom przestrzeganie praw człowieka. Grupa ta otrzymała klarowny mandat do prac nad narzędziem prawnym regulującym, w zakresie praw człowieka, funkcjonowanie korporacji.
