Le differenze in Repubblica Ceca sono le terze più alte nell'Unione Europea. Le donne ceche guadagnano in media il 22% in meno degli uomini. Condizioni peggiori si rilevano soltanto in Germania e Austria, mentre la media europea di divario retributivo è del 16.4%.
