Abdul Rahman Haroun, immigrato sudanese di 40 anni, ha ottenuto asilo in Gran Bretagna. La sua storia è singolare: lo scorso agosto ha camminato lungo la Manica per 11 ore al buio per arrivare all'uscita di Folkston. Il tunnel è lungo 50 chilometri e per tutto il tragitto Haroun ha dovuto nascondersi dalle guardie di sicurezza e schivare i treni ad alta velocità. All'uscita è stato arrestato e accusato. Alla fine del mese, il giudice deciderà se l'accusa sarà archiviata ora che ha ottenuto l'asilo.
