La prima udienza del procedimento penale contro il parlamentare Geert Willders (PVV) avrà luogo presso il tribunale dell'Aia il 18 marzo 2016. Il politico sarà giudicato per aver chiesto ai suoi sostenitori in un pub nel 2014 se volessero più o meno marocchini nella loro città e in Olanda. "Meno, meno, meno!" aveva urlato la folla. "Risolveremo il problema," aveva risposto il leader PVV. Oltre 6,400 rapporti della polizia hanno applicato questa dichiarazione. La Procura accusa Wilders di aver insultato un gruppo di persone in base alla razza e di incitamento alla discriminazione e all'odio.
