L'accordo sul provvedimento per garantire sistemazione e sostentamento ai richiedenti asilo è stato rinviato. Il Segretario di Stato Klass Dijkhoff ha riferito al Parlamento di voler aspettare la decisione del Consiglio di Stato e della Corte di Appello. La coalizione è in disaccordo sul provvedimento: il VVD (Partito Liberale) non vuole dare rifugio ai richiedenti asilo respinti; il PvdA (Laburista) invece sì. Secondo il Segretario Dijkhoff, ci sono stati molti colloqui con i comuni olandesi sul numero di sistemazioni, sui destinatari e sul modo in cui facilitare i rimpatri.
