L'Hungarian Civil Liberties Union offre nuovi strumenti e attività di sostegno ai bambini disabili e ai loro genitori e insegnanti per consentire ai bambini di vivere la loro vita nella maniera più libera possibile, senza limitazioni non necessarie dei loro diritti. Oltre ad incontri non tradizionali tra genitori, questo scopo viene raggiunto attraverso un innovativo gioco con le carte sviluppato da HCLU. L'obiettivo è di istruire i bambini sulle situazioni a rischio che dovrebbero evitare o in cui devono imparare a difendersi.
