Il Segretario Generale del Consiglio d'Europa Thorbjørn Jagland scriverà al Primo Ministro Ungherese Viktor Orbán in merito alle nuove leggi contro i migranti entrate in vigore ieri. Il Segretario Jagland si è detto preoccupato perché le leggi "consentono al governo di dichiarare uno 'stato di crisi' causato dall'immigrazione di massa" e chiederà al Primo Ministro Orbán di verificare che il testo finale di tutte le leggi adottate nel contesto della crisi dei migranti siano conformi alla normativa UE. Jagland ha anche dichiarato di voler garantire che l'Ungheria non violi la CEDU.
