A seguito delle attività del terrorismo islamico il tema centrale è l'islamofobia," è quanto emerge da un rapporto sull'estremismo in Repubblica Ceca. "I nuovi gruppi populisti acquisiscono consenso puntando su nazionalismo e xenofobia. I sostenitori della deriva populista con ambizioni politiche riflettono i progressi dei partiti nazionalisti, anti-immigrazione o islamofobici in Europa." Uno dei principali gruppi estremisti è Non Vogliamo l'Islam in Repubblica Ceca, promotore di cinque grandi manifestazioni.
