Una giovane donna senegalese, che ha lasciato il suo paese quando aveva 12 anni, è stata costretta dalla polizia a scegliere se vivere in casa con il padre e il fratello, dai quali ha subito varie violenze, o se andare in un centro di detenzione per migranti. Al momento del trasferimento forzato, lei stava per ottenere il passaporto, ma è stata ferma nel rifiutare di vivere con i suoi familiari. Ora, per via di quello che sembra un problema burocratico, rischia l'espulsione, proprio mentre tutto il mondo celebra la Giornata Internazionale per l'Eliminazione della Violenza contro le Donne.
