Max Schrems, avvocato austriaco che ha superato l'accordo Safe Harbour facendo causa a Facebook e modificato il modo in cui si possono trasferire dati personali degli utenti europei agli USA, ha fondato l'ONG None of Your Bunisess (NOYB). Scopo dell'organizzazione è rafforzare il Regolamento UE per la Protezione dei Dati (GDPR). Schrems ha detto al Financial Times che l'obiettivo è colpire le compagnie che adottano 'modelli aziendali totalmente basati sulla violazione di leggi'. NOYB porta avanti raccolta fondi per provare a strutturarsi prima che il GDPR entri in vigore il prossimo maggio.
