A metà novembre il Comitato ONU contro la Tortura (CAT) avvierà la sua 62esima sessione, durante la quale il governo italiano presenterà la sua relazione sull'implementazione della Convenzione contro la Tortura. Antigone, membro di Liberties, ha redatto il rapporto ombra - sulla legge contro la tortura, la situazione nelle carceri e nei centri di detenzione per migranti - e sarà presente a Ginevra per discuterne dinnanzi al Comitato.
