L'annuncio arriva dopo due recenti attacchi terroristici - a Manchester e a Londra - e prima delle elezioni generali previste giovedì. Per il leader laburista Jeremy Corbyn il terrorismo non dovrebbe essere combattuto "facendo a pezzi i diritti fondamentali".
