L'Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights chiede l'intervento delle organizzazioni internazionali per fermare i continui atti di violenza contro, tra gli altri, gli stranieri che vivono in Polonia e i membri delle minoranze nazionali ed etniche, alla luce dell'incapacità delle autorità di reagire a tali eventi. Da metà 2015, sono state registrate svariate aggressioni agli stranieri, in particolare coloro considerati dai responsabili (spesso erroneamente) mussulmani o arabi. Anche gli ucraini sono stati vittime di aggressioni fisiche o verbali.
