Il 10 novembre c'è stata la presentazione del "VII Libro Bianco sulla Legge sulle Droghe", promosso da Società della Ragione con il contributo di Forum Droghe, Antigone, Cnca e altre organizzazioni. Il Libro Bianco affronta gli effetti dell'abrogazione della Fini-Giovanardi, l'aspra legge contro le droghe, e presenta esempi e dati sull'uso di droghe da parte della popolazione studentesca italiana, sfatando alcuni miti sul consumo. L'ultimo capitolo include alcune significative proposte di legge.
