ING Bank Śląski sta gradualmente introducendo dei sistemi audio nei suoi ATM. E' il risultato di un intervento dell'Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights riguardo alla necessità di adattare gli sportelli ATM alle esigenze dei non vedenti. Alla fine del 2015, la Banca aveva 56 ATM senza servizio audio; a luglio 2016 ad HFHR risultavano 125 ATM in tutta la Polonia. Sebbene non tutte le opzioni siano disponibili ai non vedenti, si tratta di un passo molto importante per eliminare le limitazioni nell'accesso ai servizi finanziari.
