À la demande du bureau du procureur de Sofia, l’Agence du revenu national bulgare a ouvert une enquête sur quatre éminents militants du Réseau de protestation qui a déposé un rapport contre le député Delyan Peevski, le banquier Tsvetan Vassilev et l’ancien animateur de TV Nikolay Barekov. La vérification a été demandée d'abord par Nedialko Nedialkov, propriétaire du portail de nouvelles où M. Peevski est souvent invité. La nomination de M. Peevski en 2013 à la tête de l'Agence de la sécurité nationale a suscité des protestations #DANSwithme contre le gouvernement pendant une année.
