Le ministre de la justice polonais, Zbigniew Ziobro, qui est également le procureur général du pay, a publié un communiqué officiel au sujet d'une décision de justice du tribunal régional de Łódż contre un imprimeur, le condamnant à payer 50 euros après que celui-ci ait refusé d'effectuer un travail pour une fondation de défense des droits LGBTI. Selon le ministre, cette décision constitue un "précédent dangereux" qui "détruit la liberté de pensée, d'opinions et de croyances". Cela est perçu par la FHDH et d'autres organisations comme une tentative de faire pression sur la cour.
