El Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos ha remitido una serie de preguntas al gobierno polaco sobre un caso presentado por 16 ciudadanos rumanos de origen romaní por la demolición de sus viviendas en Breslavia por las autoridades municipales en julio de 2015. El gobierno tiene hasta el 8 de enero de 2018 para responder. Las familias no fueron informadas de la demolición de su campamento en julio de 2015 y, por consiguiente, no tuvieron tiempo para encontrar un alojamiento alternativo. Además, perdieron muchas pertenencias importantes, entre otros, documentos y medicinas.
