El caso le ocurrio a un empleado de una peluquería a quien despidieron cuando se puso enfermo. Según Liberation, el jefe le envió sin querer un mesaje de texto que decía: "Es un maricón" [cést un PD]. El tribunal de París ha dictado que llamar a un peluquero "maricón" no es homófobo, "porque las peluquerías emplean habitualmente a personas gays, sobre todo en peluquerías femeninas, y eso no plantea ningún problema". Myriam el Khomri, el ministro de Trabajo lo ha calificado de "increíble y escandoloso".
