Tusk said the obligatory migration quotas "have no future". However, he warned that solidarity is not optional and called on the V4 countries to find joint solutions to migration-related problems, namely securing borders and helping countries
that have too many refugees. The 28 heads of state and government will discuss reform of the bloc's asylum laws at a summit in Brussels today.
